International Students’
Melbourne Law School is known for its diversity and multiculturalism, with international students coming from 50+ different countries across the world, totalling around 15-20% of the cohort.
Currently due to the border restriction in the past 20 months, many of us are stuck overseas. The recently announced lifting of restriction will hopefully bring back most of us throughout 2022. Therefore, the international portfolio plans to organise various events (in dual delivery) to help students bond and obtain more information in aspects of study, career and life in Melbourne.
The activities include:
Information session of public law under the Australian framework
Information session of career opportunities for international students and visa/migration options.
Tandem program (peer-mentoring).
