The MULSS Textbook Exchange is to be strictly for the purchase and sale of law textbooks prescribed by the Juris Doctor course offered at Melbourne Law School. Any posts made which do not adhere to this rule will be removed by the MULSS.
In order to use the MULSS Textbook Exchange, you will be required to set up an account on the exchange. To do so, please click 'register' at the top right hand corner of the exchange website, enter your student e-mail address into the registration form and then follow the subsequent prompts.
*When repeating for multiple entries, we recommend that you use the subject code as you can fit more subjects into the heading. This is because there is a word limit on the thread subject.
Thread Contents (Repeat this template for each different book in the same category)
**Inserting a photo can be done by selecting "ADD ATTACHMENT" when making a post, and then clicking "INSERT".
PLEASE NOTE: If you’re selling multiple books in the same category i.e. ‘Second Year Compulsory Subjects’ – you can just put them all in the same post, there’s no need to make individual posts for each book.
PLEASE NOTE: It is recommended that you attach a photo of the books you are selling to the post.
When you have sold a book, please comment on your thread stating which book you have sold.
If you have sold ALL the books in your thread, please DELETE the thread.
PLEASE NOTE: Only label your posts as sold when you have actually exchanged your book/s with another student. Please do not label posts as sold when you have only found a buyer for the book/s.
If you're looking for books, the best way is through the search function! Click the 'search' button in the bar at the top of the screen.
Once you click 'search', enter in the subject code for the book you're looking for and tick 'display results as threads' as it will be easier to see the most recent posts.
