For the fifth consecutive year, the LSS brings you the Foley’s List First Year Witness Examination Competitions. The problems are pitched at a level that is accessible to first years and there is a strong emphasis on helping teams improve round to round.

Each team is guaranteed to take part in at least three fixtures, with the Grand Finalists competing in a total of 7 witness examinations across the year. There is no better way of getting experience witness exam experience as a first year than through the 2019 Foley’s List First Year Witness Examination Competition.

Preliminary rounds are held at Melbourne Law School, with the Grand Final being held at the Federal Court in Melbourne on Wednesday 18 September 2019. Members of the public are welcome to attend the Grand Final.
