The LSS Environment Portfolio is proud to announce a new activity open to all MULSS members:Day-trip to the St Kilda Beach and Penguin Colony on the breakwater, in collaboration with the Port Phillip EcoCentre, on either Monday 2nd or Friday 6th March, to:- Learn about nurdles and collect litter on the beach (1 April is KEEP AUSTRALIA BEAUTIFUL DAY!)- Visit the biggest penguin colony on a human-made structure in the Southern Hemisphere (on the breakwater beyond the locked gate, where usually access is restricted), and- Propagate noon flowers, some of penguins favourites, on the St Kilda Breakwater.This will be a fantastic opportunity to spend some relaxing time with old friends, get to know new people, the local beach and the famous penguin colony on a much deeper level, and help…
