There is no better way to start the day then some early morning Yoga! As expensive as Yoga can be in the city, MULSS offers free Yoga thanks to Allens Linklaters!

Yoga will be offered on Tuesday mornings from 7:30 to 8:30am starting Week 3 (March 13) in room 611.

Not only is Yoga great exercise it is extremely beneficial to your mental health which is paramount given the stressful moments law school can create. 

Don't worry if you have never tried Yoga before as everyone is welcome and mats will be provided. For those of you who have a special connection to your own mat feel free to bring it along.
